During the change of chairmanship of AFP Financial Institutions, LtGen Dellosa encouraged AFP-MBAI, AFPSLAI and AFPRSBS to continue on giving improved services to their members.

Born on January 20, 1957 in Bacon, Sorsogon, LtGen Dellosa spent his childhood in Lucena City. He started his military career when he entered the PMA. He graduated in 1979 and eventually chose to serve the Philippine Army.
